On our last visit, we dove the Molokini crater from a much larger boat and did not really enjoy the experience. The boat was crowded, uncomfortable and they pushed us to rent wetsuits and SNUBA equipment, neither of which were necessary.

This trip, we booked the Frogman II from Boss Frog’s and had a much better time, a much more gratifying experience and two, not one but two good dives. The crater was good but snorkeling Turtle Town was one of the highlights of our trip.

Having gone out on a private tour with another company earlier in the week, I was really impressed with frogman tours. It was far more lively, fun, and yet laid back. The crew was friendly and seemed to make an effort to engage everyone. The snorkeling site was great and the crew was knowledgeable and helpful. The various passengers (?) we’re all friendly and entertained, so it was a good atmosphere. The post-swim sangria was a pleasant surprise definitely worth it!
